At First General Baptist Church of Rochelle, our foundation is Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and our ultimate authority for faith and life. We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who created us, loves us, and offers salvation through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. We are saved by grace through faith, called to live in obedience to God's Word, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to grow in Christ and share His love with the world.
